If you’re here on my website you probably know me from my other social medias, but if you don’t, welcome to the community!

I have a huge passion for everything concerning healthy lifestyle from nutrition, baking healthy recipes, but my absolute fav is fitness. Like many other girls I’ve started with the “ 200 bodyweight squats et 300 crunches “ kind of workout and the “ rice turkey and broccoli “ meal which got me bored, and not really happy. Now I’m living a more intuitive lifestyle regarding my training and my diet that makes me feel x10000 times better
