We’re entering my favorite period of the year……. AKA Christmas !!! Omg
I LIVE for the Christmas decoration, the Christmas lights, the Christmassy baking with super cute molds, putting my “ Best Time Of the Year “ Spotify Playlist all day long, and watching all the Christmas movies on Netflix every night… I admit it, I’m really obsessed with Christmas!!
Don’t get me wrong, I’m clearly more and island girl, I dream of living next to the ocean wearing a Bikini 24/7, swimming, surfing, tanning, and eating Açaï Bowl. But I’ve been raised and born in a country where Winter DOES really exist with the cold, the rain, and the big coats. So of course here Christmas is the highlight of my winter ahah.

Okay, I feel like if your loved one is into fitness… buy her a legging and she will marry you. I’m not kidding here this is the best gift for a girl who loves working out because we never ever have enough legging or activewear in general. 2. SUPPLEMENTS
I’m a true believer that health comes first from within and what you eat, your lifestyle, your workout, stress levels and so on. BUT sometimes, supplements HELP, and I love getting high quality ones when I need to. But because it’s priceeyyyy…. it doesn’t happen everyday ahah. I would say Collagen Peptides is a really good one for skin health and hair.
Vital Proteins, Terra Origin, the Beauty Chef, and Sports Research, are my favorites.
3. YOGA MAT
I was already a fan of my mat, but since lockdown happened, I definitely needed to adapt and do all my workouts from home. If you don’t have any dumbbells, kettlebells, weights, resistance band etc, as long as you’ve got a mat, you CAN workout! Ab circuits, bodyweight workouts, animal flow, stretching, yoga, … there’s actually a lot of possibilities for you to train even from home. But a good mat can sometimes be a bit expensive so YES that’s a really cool gift!!
4. HEALTHY COOKBOOK
Someone who is into health & fitness is likely to love cooking, so what’s better than a good cookbook to get some inspo and try new recipes? These are really good ones !

Smoothies, smoothie bowl, nut butter, soups, sauce, … you name it. You can do a lot from home with a good blender !

Ankle weights are so convenient, especially nowadays when we are stick in our apartments doing home workouts. I found the most aesthetic ankle weights for you ! Hailey Bieber and Jessica Alba use them.
WATER BOTTLE
I carry mine EV ERY WHERE and I traveled a lot of times with it too! I love it because it helps me measuring how much water I drink during the day, I usually opt for 2/3 bottles a day so I know I got my water intake in. For people who workout a lot, this is essential !!
GLASS STRAWS
If you love health and fitness…. you obviously love smoothies or juices too. So what’s better than glass straws ? Nothing because 1) protect the environment 2) looks incredibly aesthetic. Period.
The 5 MINUTE JOURNAL
Writing down your thoughts in the morning is so beneficial for the mind and starting your day the right way ! If you’re lacking a bit of motivation and need some guidelines to start journaling this is perfect!
WEIGHTED BLANKET
I can’t say that enough : SLEEP is key! When you want to be healthy, having a good sleep routine, and being able to sleep well and going into a deep sleep phase is crucial. If you’ve never tried a weighted blanket before, it’s like a biiiig hug and the next second you’re already sleeping like a baby.

BOXING GLOVES
I guess I look like a really calm and chill person, like for me Crossfit is a no and any dangerous or risky sport is a big NO. I don’t like risk AT ALL. But Boxing (only with a sandbag or someone who is using pads, not to fight)…. Gosh I LOVE IT!! I think it’s one of my favorite way to workout and I’ve always dreamed to have my own gloves so I can bring them to the gym and hit that punching bag!!
PROTEIN BARS
I love to make my own healthy protein bars, but let’s be honest, sometimes you’re short on time, and it’s always convenient to have some protein bars on hand! These are my favorite brands, made with wholesome ingredients and taste delicious.

AIR FRYER
THIS changed my cooking game !!! Sweet potato fries, regular fries, butternut, veggies, etc. You can put a LOT of different stuff in this and it ends up super crispy and crunchy, but without the need of ANY oil!! This is pure magic.
FOAM ROLLER
The best thing after working out ? Stretching and foam rolling!! I could foam roll four hours for my legs and back. It’s important to recover and even though some gyms have foam rollers, it’s still great to have one at home!
